1986
In 1986, the company founder, Mr. Yang Yijun started to develop the Blister Machine. After working around the clock, in 1989 China’s first platen style Blister Machine DGB250 was launched by him and Jornen (former name: Jiangnan Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd.) was established.
1991
In 1991, the experts from China’s Pharmaceutical giant, Shanghai Sine Pharma were surprised by the appearance of the homemade Blister Machine and purchased one from Jornen immediately. After 17 years of successful operation, the machine was retired in 2009.
1993
In 1993, Jornen started to develop the Film Coating Machine , which was listed in “China National New Products” in that year.
1994
In 1994, the Blister Packaging Machine DGB200 was launched.
1995
During the national supervisory random inspections in 1995, 1998 and 2012, the qualification rate of Jornen Blister Machine reached 100%, leading the industry in China.
1996
In 1996, Blister Packaging Machine DPP250D was launched.
1999
In 1999, our first generation of the Cartoning Machine was launched.
2000
In 2000, our first Blister Packaging Line was launched.
2001
In 2001, we launched our first rotary sealing Blister Packaging Machine DPH220.
2003
In 2003, Jornen moved to Shanghai, and was listed in “Shanghai High-Tech Enterprise” by Shanghai authorities years later.
2004
In 2004, Jornen's sales exceeded RMB 100 million for the first time.
2005
In 2005, our first fully servo-regulated rotary sealing Blister Machine DHP190 was launched which reached 200 punches/minute.
2007
In 2007, Blister Machine DPP260Ki was launched and exhibited in Interpack in Dusseldorf, Germany.
2009
In 2009, the Blister Packaging Line at 180 cartons/minute was launched.
2011
In 2011, the rotary sealing Blister Machine DPH260 was launched with a maximum output reaching 600 blisters/minute.
2012
In 2012, Jornen launched Cartoning Machine at 300 cartons/ minute.
2015
In 2015, the the latest Blister Packaging Line at 300 cartons/ minute.
2017
In 2017, Jornen launched Blister Packaging Line 400 with output reaching 400 cartons/minute
2018
In 2018, Jornen launched platen-style Blister Packaging Line 400 with output reaching 400 cartons/minute
2020
In 2020, the fully servo-regulated Blister Line was launched, with output reaching 500 cartons/minute
2023
In 2023, the uniquely enclosed packaging line was perhaps the most elegant blister line in the world.
