Syringe blister pack with automatic feeding system

The pharmaceutical industry is witnessing a growing trend towards pre-filled Parenteral Products and blister packaging. Due to their timely availability, these products are highly useful in emergency situations, such as first aid, disaster relief, and battlefields. The blister packaging provides excellent protection during transportation, especially for products that come in delicate glass shells.
This solution utilizes a syringe blister packaging system that features a fully automated feeding process. To use, pour the syringes into the barrel, and the system will automatically arrange them into rows. The syringes are then transported to the blister machine via a conveyor belt, all without the operator’s manual intervention.
Once the blister machine is reached, the syringes are uniformly discharged onto the synchronous belt. The servo robot picks up the entire row of syringes and places them into the blister pocket.
When the robot feeding process is finished, a special device is installed onto the blister machine. This unique device, called the press-in station, carefully inserts the syringes, vials, or ampoules deep into the pockets to ensure they are securely held. This prevents any potential product loss or damage caused by impacts.
After feeding, the blister machine completes heat sealing and punching until the final product is produced.
The blister machine can also be linked to a subsequent packaging machine for cartoning, strip banding, and case packing, creating an entire packaging line that allows for efficient and cost-effective operations.
