Jornen has recently supplied a cartoning packaging line for oral liquid products. The packaging line integrates bottle labeling, a turntable, a synchronous feeding system, and a cartoning machine.
Once the bottle labeling is complete, the bottle pack is transferred to the cartoning machine. The cartoning machine operates in a continuous motion style. The critical aspect of this packaging line is how to intermittently gather the bottles and deposit them into the cartoning machine’s continuous motion bucket.
The connection unit has an innovative design that allows it to collect bottle packs intermittently while synchronizing with the cartoning machine’s bucket.
The system uses linear servo motor technology to drive movers around a track.
Each group of movers has independent motion control. Initially, each mover intermittently runs to collect the bottle packs. Once the group of movers has collected the packs, they move continuously toward the cartoning machine, synchronized with the machine’s bucket speed. A servo-regulated pusher then inserts the bottle packs into the cartoning machine in a synchronized manner.
Our servo technology is incredibly precise and ensures accurate control over bottle pack transfer, positioning, feeding, and insertion. It guarantees the stability of high running speed and provides reliable performance.
