DPH series Blister Packaging Machine Forming Material (PVC) Convey Device
In this Blister Packaging Machine the Forming Material (PVC) is transported by a motor, the working principle as following:
During the running of the Blister Packaging Machine, the Forming material (PVC) pass the forming turning roller and splicer, when through PVC convey roller (1) it pressed by the Eccentric Press Roller (3), and convey the forming material (PVC) (9) by friction, when PVC is transported, the swing arm (6) will going down. When the swing arm touch the lower sensor (7), the motor of PVC convey roller (1) stop, when PVC is dragged by forming traction mechanism forward, the swing arm will rise and touch the upper sensor (5), the PVC convey roller turn again, thus convey the PVC intermittently.
When the Blister Packaging Machine place or replace the forming material PVC, please guide the film according to the following diagram, pull the handle of eccentric press roller down to make eccentric press roller away from PVC convey roller. Place the forming material (PVC) through the eccentric press roller and PVC convey roller, then pull the handle of eccentric press roller up to make eccentric press roller press the forming material (PVC) on the PVC convey roller.
