DPH series Blister Machine Forming Material Splicer

DPH series Blister Packaging Machine are equipped with an integrated forming material splicer to enhance efficiency during material replacement.
When the Blister Machine run out the forming material PVC, please replace new material, let the new and old material be overlapped at the Cutter Baseboard (1), press down two of the Pressing Arms (8) to rivet the two layers of the forming material, be sure the Handle Switch (7) has locked the Presing Arm, then pull the Knife Handle (3) along the Guide Rod (5) to slit the forming material, after cutting, remove the waste materials then use adhesive tape to connect the old and new forming materail, lastly unlock the Handle Switch (7), lift the Pressing Arms and leave them at lifting position. After the material replacement, you can run the Blister Packaging Machine again.
