The operation conditions of the Blister Line for (AL/PVC):
Since the equipment’s installation on November 20, 2013, performance has reached expected requirements.

1. Output: The stable output can reach 110-120 cartons per minute.
2. Production efficiency: A batch of products produced by a single machine needs 4000 hours, but only needs 1600 hours after using the Blister Line. Production efficiency increases by 60%.
3. Downsizing staff and improving efficiency: To finish the same quantity of products required about 20 people; after using the Blister Line only 9 people were required, a total reduction of 13 staff.
4. Reducing waste, guaranteeing quality: The machine is equipped with a detection system to strengthen the control of product quality, reducing risk to quality and material waste.
