The Blister Packaging Machine BMP270 adopts GMP-compliant cantilever (balcony) design concept, for easy cleaning, the main structure has a vertical partition to separate the drive section (rear) from the operating zones (front).
To fulfill this market requirement: the volumes of batches are decreasing and the number of variations is increasing, which leads to frequent format change-overs and cleaning, this blister machine equipped with format locking, positioning system and quick-fitting, tool-free design, achieves extremely straightforward format changeover.
This Blister Packaging Machine adopts Track Feeder combined with servo technology, the servo regulated feeding plate can moves in reciprocating motion, when the web is moving, the feeding plate moves forward, synchronized with web index but in different linear speed with each other, because of the different speed, the tablets in the grooves is released into the blister pocket; When the web stop, the feeding plate moves backward to feed the tablets into blister pocket. In this way, the feeder is working all the time, regardless of the web’ motion, thus increased feeding efficiency.
Quality assurance is very importance in pharmaceutical industry. Because of this, tablets packaged in blister packaging need to be inspected carefully for defects, normally blister machine equip a camera inspection system before sealing station to inspect defects such as the wrong color, size, whether the tablets are broken or chipped and whether there are any empty pockets in the blister packaging itself (called before sealing defects)
