A cartoning packaging with a combination of tuck-in and hot-melt closure

This cartoning machine is designed to package sachets. It features two rotary pick-up devices that suck the sachets from the magazine and deposit them onto the bucket belt of the cartoning machine.
This application allows for the flexible packaging of multiple sachets in a single pack.
To ensure the product’s protection, it is necessary to close or seal the carton.
When it comes to closing cartons, there are multiple options available. These include tuck-in closures with Airplane flaps, tuck-in closures with Reversed flaps, hot-melt closures, and even combined versions for added safety. For instance, a hot-melt closure with a fourth flap.
Our solution involves a combination of closure techniques for optimal product protection. Firstly, we utilize a tuck-in closure at the first stage. This is then followed by hot-melt sealing of the carton using a fourth flap. This combined closure approach ensures the highest level of product protection possible.
