This oral bottle Blister Line is combined with DPP500 Blister Machine and ZH300 Cartoning Machine, this line adopt bottle unscrambler, automatic robot feeder and automatic straw feeder.
The bottle feeding device:
The unscrambler transports the bottles into the tracks. A motor driven slide distributes the bottles evenly. A rake guides the bottles into the chutes and forms them into lines; from there they continue into the slots of a roller. The servo driven roller turns 90 degrees, moving the bottles into a horizontal position. The bottles are then collected by the robot, with vacuum suction cups from the slots of the roller, the robot collected multi-row of bottles and accurately and gently placed into the formed web. This line adopts two robots to maximize productivity.
The feeding system adopts clamp-packs unique design: the press-in station gently pushes the bottles into the pockets to ensure the bottles are firmly clamped in the pockets; thus preventing products from falling from the pockets and protecting them against major impacts.
The straw feeder:
The straw material is loaded in the reel, a servo-regulated roller unwind the straw material from the reel intermittently, a cutter cuts a multi-row of straws in one unite and placed them in a synchronous belt, the belt transports the straws forward, a rake push multi-unit of straw into the pockets, the pockets loaded with bottles and straws then move to sealing station.
The connection unit:
After blister punching, the blister cards are collected by a robot and placed on a conveyor, the blister cards then enter a servo-regulated continuous motion rake chain, the chain transferred the blister cards to the cartoning machine chain synchronously. After product inserting, embossing, carton closing, the launched the final product automatically.
