USER REQUIREMENTS SPECIFICATIONS

CARTONING MACHINE
Output should be compatible with the blistering packing machine. PVC/Alu Blisters , Alu/Alu blisters. Operated directly with inline blister packing machine. Equipped with leaflet folding machine ( GUK). Equipped with magazine for manual feeding to run the machine as stand alone. Type of closure : tuck-in closure. Type of coding: embossing code with digits and letters or laser over printing machine suitable for white back ground cartons 1-4 lines , letter height 2 mm. Technical service hotline is required. Code reader for carton & leaflets is required in two sides ( pharmacode , Barcode , data matrix). Check weigher after Cartoning to be included as an option

Operating instructions. Spare parts list with drawings for all machine components. Size drawing. Installation drawings. IQ & OQ manuals. Include full trouble shootings guide for all machines & faults. All above documents to be provided in English language
Recommended itemized spare parts list for 2 years period. Include FAT and SAT. The presence of each insert is to be detected prior to loading. The presence of each carton is to be detected prior to loading. If all product components are not. present or correctly identified carton feeding should halt. Guarantee one leaflet and one carton each time. Ability to reject 2 folded paper per box. Ability to reject in case of missing blister in final box. Ability to reject in case of extra blister (out of specified limit) in final box. Open carton flaps are to be detected and automatically rejected. The printed lot and date code should be verified with a vision system. Leaflet presence control in carton. The Cartoning Machine is to operate with a minimum of operator involvement. The Cartoning Machine shall not pose a hazard to the operator interacting with the machine including operations. such as, but not limited to, replenishing supply magazines, manual and automatic modes as well as jam clearing.
Alarms & Warnings: Critical alarms. Shall take action via interlock(s) and/or operator procedural response to shut the equipment down and notify the operator of the condition(s). The operator shall be required to acknowledge the alarm before the alarm can be reset and the system restarted. Once the alarm is reset, the operator may restart the system.
Messages (Informational): Shall notify the operator and take no further action.
