Kindly provide me with a quotation for the following: – Blister Packaging Machine: platen sealing style, output 200-300 blister cards/minute, Cartoning Machine: intermittent style, 150cartons/minute, Capsule filling machine Model: NJP-1200 C – Filling powder, pellets and granules, – Offer should include the pellets and granules devices if needed. – Sets for size 00, 0 & 2 – Filling capacity 70,000 – 80,000 cap/per hour. – Including dust collector. – Including vacuum pump – PLC and inverter (VFD) should be Mitsubishi (If possible). – Pneumatic valves, cylinders and fitting should be FESTO (If installed) – Machine parts in contact with product should be stainless steel 316L – Machine body not in contact with product should be stainless steel 304 – At least one year spare parts to be included – Name plat fixed on the machine contains (Machine model and serial number) – Manuals should be in English language. – HMI should be Mitsubishi and program should show all commands in English language. – Electrical buttons and switches labels in English language. – Stainless steel material certificate should be included. – The machine operation software should be CFR 21, part 11 compliance. – Power supply 380 VAC/50 Hz. – Manufacturer should provide a documented validation package for the customer the document is consist of: (DQ) Design Qualification Protocol, (IQ) Installation Qualification Protocol & (OQ) Operation Qualification Protocol – Price is C&F Algeria, Algiers sea port.
