Technical specifications of Fully Automatic Form Fill Seal Machine (Thermoforming) for 8gm to 15 gm Tub. Cap. 18,000 to 20,000 Portions/hr. (minimum) with Semi Automatic Cartoning Machine of Matching Cap.

Machinery Description:-
i. Storing station : Housing and feeding of packing material to be thermoformed & required auto controls to work continuously.
ii. Heating station : For heating of material, surface to be thermoformed to obtain perfect drawing. The operation should be PLC controlled with all relevant automation to minimize loss of packing material
iii. Forming station : For forming of tub of required shape with all relevant automation including coding.
iv. Filling/dosing station : Automatic feed control with All S.S AISI316 material and gasket material FDA approved, Micrometric adjustment of the weight/volume of feed, automatic selecting and positioning valves during CIP phase. Accuracy
required + 1%.
v. Storing housing & feeding station of lid material: U.V. lamp for lid sterilization & automatic & slicing / placement of lid on cup.
vi. Contact sealing section : Temperature thermo regulation from control panel over heating.
vii. Saving system sealing : Anticorrosion heating head for sealing.
viii. Trimming station : To maintain standard configuration being discharged through belt conveyor.
ix. Take off station & scrap winding system: Correct positioning of the finished containers coming out of trimming station and pulling system to coil off the scrap from the machine & its evacuation along with safety features.
x. Driving system Protection : The motion parts must have transparent protections for easy inspection and safety micro switches.
xi. PLC : i) Touch screen :in S.S. AISI304 panel.
ii) Electrical /electronic parts of reputed international brands.
iii) Suitably placed for easy operation.
iv) Both manual and auto mode / diagnostic menu mode.
v) Pest / water proof.
xiii. High clean system should be inbuilt.

The system should take cups from the exit conveyor of thermo forming (Formfill-seal) machine.

Conveyor belt for the transport of filled boxes.
Provision for selecting of number of layers for flexibility in pack size.
