For the equipping purpose of one of our production lines we are looking for a Stand alone blister packaging machine, for primary packaging and medium speed.
Would you be so kind to let me know what kind of information you might require from our side, so to be able afterwards to make us an offer for such a blister packaging machine.
The tablet nominal size is 22 mm x 13 mm.
The blister consists of 3 tablets.
The tablets are packed as 118 mm x 44 mm aluminium/aluminium peel blister.
The material comply with EC Directive 2002/72/EC and EC Directive 94/62/EC.

Blister materials of equivalent quality may be used.

We have to pack 208 000 tablets in a working day. So it is up to You to recommend us a suitable blister machine.
Also I would like to inform you that we have one room for Blister Machine linked to the packaging area which could be increased or decreased regarding external dimensions of the machines.
